The restaurant offers a very pleasant environment with large green spaces and absolute calm. The charm of the rooms and common areas is a bit old-fashioned. The breakfast pastries are excellent. We tried both menus offered - the Gold Key (6 courses) and the Confidence (3 courses of your choice). We were a little disappointed with the Gold Key menu as the kitchen was fairly ordinary despite its careful presentation. The Confidence menu was more in line with our expectations, but overall, the gastronomy did not match the menu titles. The wine list is impressive, but prices are high. The highlight was the remarkable cheese buffet served in the wine cellar, with a statue of Bacchus and a nymph keeping watch.

We had a flawless experience from start to finish at this restaurant. The setting was beautiful (it must be even more stunning in the summer), the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the wine selection was excellent. The timing between dishes was perfect. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the lounge with coffee and digestives after our meal. We arrived at 1pm and didn't leave until around 6:00pm, making it a perfect spot for a thoughtful and surprising Valentine's Day gift. There is also the possibility to stay on-site. Highly recommended.

I recently visited a restaurant that is sure to earn its first Michelin star soon. The location is already captivating, with a majestic castle and a stunning 55-hectare park. However, what truly impressed me was the warm welcome, impeccable service, exceptional quality, and exquisite presentation of the dishes. I will always cherish the unforgettable experience and I look forward to returning someday.
