Great moment with Julien Leclercq for the opening of the JAZZ IN MARCIAC festival. A little refreshing break (a highly appreciated air-conditioned room on this particle day) before the concert of Sting two minutes walk from the capital. Very nice welcome and seasonal restoration: freshness, justness of seasonings, nice surprises including home foie gras with its small jam of vanilla tomato and a perfect dessert with a cannon lemon pie! We even allowed to come and drink a last beer after the concert... Good festival at La P'tite school resto in Marciac! To test urgently...
