Dolce Mare - Marco Island

This place was the best place we stopped on our trip! The ice cream was delicious and the owner incredibly welcoming. The place itself is beautiful. Will be making this tradition for every trip.

After visiting italy a few times and living in NYC most of my life, who knew i would be wowed by gelato in florida. Possibly the best gelato I've had in all of Florida over the years.Surprised this place is not on popular lists.Don't miss on this place when you're in SW Florida.

Lady behind the counter was very rude and acted as though she couldn’t be bothered. And for two little cups of ice cream and one cannoli it was $30. Crazy. We asked for a cannoli and she just stared at us blankly so I finally asked “…well do you have them?” And she said yes in a very annoyed tone. Then stared at us to the point where my wife got nervous and chose a random gelato flavor that she ended up not even eating because she thought it was gross. She certainly didn’t offer any flavor samples to us while staring at us. I’d recommend Sweet Annie’s instead… they have the best ice cream on the island!

Great deserts but even better staff! Such sweet ladies, noticed me looking at the cake and offered us a fresh carrot cake hot out of the oven for our birthday party. Great place to meet people from different places as well. Great experience

If you like Gelato this may be the place for you. If you are looking for fudge the way it is pictured in the menu pictures, it does not exist. The pictures may be old and maybe it is not available during the busiest time of the year all I know is it was not there when I wanted some. We went around the corner for some hard ice cream.
