La Tavola Restaurant And Bar

We walked in and immediately felt welcome. Our waitress Judy was very attentive and energetic. We started off with the grilled octopus. The flavors were amazing and the octopus was tender. Our entrees were also very good. I had the special of the evening; deep fried snapper with coconut rice. Perfectly cooked, not greasy. My husband had the diavolo with seafood and a red sauce. I tasted it. Definitely yummy. They have a wide variety of drinks and an abundant wine list. I would recommend this restaurant. We will be going back!

The new remodel is inviting the food great lamb chops grilled ceaser and black tail fish Key lime pie. Wine selection is good Our waitress was on it ! My lamb was not cooked to temperature I wanted. She took it back to chef and he made it perfect Thank you for a lovely evening

What a great restaurant and to take it up a notch it has been wonderfully redecorated. New beautiful floors, new wall color and great new booths and chairs to match. Their food has always been topnotch. Now to take it up another notch they have a great new appetizer. The Jalapeño Wontons are excellent. Crunchy, creamy and a great hit of spice, these are so delicious. The kitchen does a great job with anything I have had off the menu or a daily special. The service is very good and Michaela does an awesome job. When in Marco check it out!

Saw plenty of nice reviews and since we were staying nearby, we decided to give this restaurant a shot for dinner. Easy to find plenty of parking. We were seated immediately and had drinks within 5 min. Appetizer was Warm Brie which was good. Wife ordered shrimp and scallops with risotto and was satisfied with portion size and taste. I ordered the fish and chips which was decent. Staff is very professional and friendly. Our waitress did a wonderful job and continually checked in on us. Overall, the food was good and the service excellent.

We have been going to La Tavola for years each time we come to Marco Island. Not sure what has happened since our last visit but the food was not what it has been in the past which is unfortunate as this was a restaurant that has always consistently been good food and good service. The waiter was attentive enough to ensure we were taken care of at the appropriate times (no waiting for a drink refill, plates removed in timely manner, etc) but service was very perfunctory. This is a restaurant we usually got to more than once during our week stay, but we won't be repeating that practice this year.
