Ok place in merdekan. Not many choices around so Eldorado will do for now!!

Just stopped for a glass of beer. I was served most probably out of date sour beer which smelled like old wet mop. I was also served three types of snacks even though I haven't ordered any. Chicken wings were ok so I ate them (this is why it's two stars instead of one). Crisps and bread stick were soaked with moisture as they would had been taken from the package at least a couple of days ago so didn't eat them. Finally I was served with a bill of 12 manat. After I told that I haven't ordered snacks and I haven't eaten crisps and bread sticks I was told it's a complex as if they cannot split the bill. The Eldorado hotel, which I suppose is of same ownership next to the restaurant is worth the same two stars. Shower with no hot water, TV doesn't work, room full of flies and mosquitos, wifi kept turning on and off every few minutes until it went off for good at some 10pm and never recovered until I left in the early morning. Given all these attributes 60 manat per night sounds like way too much.
