Hokkaido Chinese Japanese Buffet

We went in to eat at the buffet and Jenny our server had the audacity to ask for a tip when the only thing they did was pick up our plates once every 15 mins didn’t even refill our water she was standing in a corner and playing games on her phone and chit chatting with the co workers never dropped by to ask how we were doing or nothing and when I paid and didn’t tip because of the bad service they had the audacity to try to make me go back to the tip page to tip and then when I was done paying she had the audacity to stand around and wait for us to tip cash and hound me and my family for a tip And then as we were leaving proceeded to try to curse us out and force us to tip like she put the wait in waitress if she had done the bare minimum by at least refilling our water I would’ve been more than happy to tip the 20% like even the habachi guy in there gave better service (we tipped the habachi guy) mind you like there were 4 other groups of customers the food is also lukewarm sushi was good tho

Very limited variety of food for the price. Pepper steak was too salty, fried sweet plantains were hard, no breaded fish, will not return.

It is a place to eat distant things with more than affordable prices. They will attend to you right away. It was clean and the room was in good condition. An affordable adoption

To have fresh buffet food on a weeknight evening is pretty rare. We enjoyed fresh food, however! Excellent selection!

The food was both bland and salty. We had to ask them to bring out more food. The Salmon was dry and tasteless and the crab legs were too salty. The fried shrimp looked like they were from the freezer(freezer burned) and fried too hard. The wonton soup was pretty good. However they didn’t have a good selection of vegetables to make a good salad. Overall, they need a more experienced cook. I Will not visit this restaurant again.
