Food it's dry from days before some are under cooked (rice) people in the front need to be more friendly and patient. They get really pushy for you to order and charge you for a full container if you want to separate your order. And they expect you to know how their charges work with no signs.No toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. 5 Star all around. I live in upstate NY and my first time coming here was about 3 years ago. I usually come to FL every year and I make it out to the restaurant every time. It has a very homey atmosphere, everyone is very nice and attentive and omgggg la comida!!! Deliciosa!!!!! I always get the Morro rice with baked chicken or bbq chicken. I HIGHLY recommend. Good food portions. Perfect restaurant for the whole family. Thank you :

Stumbled upon this place but so glad I did. Plenty of seating delicious food and pastries and friendly staff. They converted an old gas station into a café. Highly recommend. Very affordable too

I've come here several times before and never had an issue. Now, I asked for extra pork because I was not getting a side and they want to overfill the plate with starches and not enough protein. She stated I would have to pay $10 extra for more protein. This is ridiculous and exactly why I will not return. Plus my son only eats white rice, so they were refusing to give me a small side container like I've had before. Poor customer service, especially if I'm paying for it. Just got charged $17 for a small dinner. I will go to MI Bandera on Oakridge next time.Starch is in 3/4 of the plate and protein is in 1/4 of the plate. That's because starches are cheaper, so they sicker us into paying a lot of money that's not worth it. I will not return.
