Pollo Tropical - Marelly's

Service and atmosphere were okay. Food tasted fantastic. However, I was a little disappointed by the portion of food in my bowl/order. It was very little in comparison to past orders. Felt like eating rabbit food.Almost every time I've ordered from PT, portion sizes justify the price, it's usually A LOT in the bowl. This is the 1st I've experienced this, let alone visit this particular location also.Still love PT, but if this is how it'll be from here on, it's not cool.

Worst food ever. My food was horrible and presentation is not what is advertised. The staff attitude very disappointing.

I eat at pollo when ever I can.. This was the worst time ever.. Food was barely warm.. Red beans I asked for were missing. Little pork in my tropichop.. They don't like to give up sauces.. Never have the avocado sauce???.. The lady at counter was nice.

Delicious ? food! Rice chicken ? so tender it falls off the bone! Plantains red beans yellow and brown rice! Quality without overcharging!

Chicken is always good because of their spice formula but no balsamic tomatoes? They didn't even know what I was talking about until I grabbed their menu placard and showed them then they said that they don't make it any longer, untrue. And oh yeah no yellow rice.
