They can't never get orders right.Something is always missing . Not sure if ill come back

Consistenly not so good experience. However, this guy in the drive thru was very nice for a change. I wish I could have taken his name for a shout out.

Horrible and disappointing place, from the staff to the food??, we ordered some trios, they told us that we would have a 10 minute wait which turned into a wait of approximately 1 hour, they can't play with customers' time like that, when We asked what happened to our food, they hadn't even started making it, to make matters worse when they served us the food, the rice was overcooked and looked like a puree, the chicken and cold meats, the bananas looked more like charcoal than bananas, I deeply regret having spent almost $100 on a meal that was not worth it because it was inedible, they should be ashamed of treating their customers like this and serving them such poor quality food, 0 recommendations for this tropical chicken, 0 recommendations for the staff and place , noting that the tables were dirty and we had to clean it ourselves because there was no one to do it???

Alright for the price. Felt like they could have had some better combo options on the menu.
