Saffron Modern Persian Cuisine

The rice was cooked very dry, no oil no salt, just boiled. The changa Kabob was cooked well, also the amount of food was very little. I was expecting something especial,, but they disappointed me. ?

Finally some good Persian food in Orlando!! The tadiq (crunchy rice) was perfectly crispy and the chicken kabob was on point! The owner also gave me a side of salad oliveh that reminded me of my moms cooking. A+ and I will definitely be back!

It was fabulous! Tasty steak and nice presentation of rice. I also ordered the kuku and salad Olivieh not in the picture. Not totally familiar with persian food. Nice intro

The kuku and crispy rice were delicious! The salad shirazi was refreshing and yummy. The eggplant dip was fine.
