Bohio Latin Flavors - Margate

Disappointed with the value, quality of food, and service. I came in with a party of three and we ordered three different types of mofongo. Mofongo with oxtail, one with pernil, and one with lomo saltado and camarones. Two people finished their food before the third received their order which was unacceptable. Food was below average and cold. The Mofongo itself was dry and lacked much flavor. The oxtail barely came with meat, the pernil was dry, and the lomo saltado dish tasted too much like ketchup. I expected much more from this establishment, but I will not be coming back.

I really liked the place, I felt like I was in my country, the atmosphere is fabulous to have a good time and enjoy a good drink...

I enjoyed the food. Was tasty and savory. If I'd lived in the neighborhood... I'd visit them often. The waitress was attentive. Ambiance wasn't memorable. Some Dominican restaurants don't focus too much in Aesthetics. That's where they fall short.
