Justin (hopefully I have the name right) told me that my food cannot be cold, so Justin basically calls me a liar about a cold pizza. So Justin, if I order a pizza 4,55 pm and got it 5,49 pm then You tell me that's not even 50 minutes...Justin... I know Mathe sometimes tricky... but fortunately you don't have to do it so much...right Justin dont get me wrong we love domio's pizza, and that's all about Justin the manager. Anyway, we have a loan for the damaged pizza. Thank you, Justin
Items often thrown on pizza, not the right quantities. Late delivery. Worst dominos store in the area. Employees receive bad training. The owner doesn't really care. Substandard performance of most emoloyees.
Easy online order....when to save.... Food wasn't even made...... thank you for making my lunch break....
I have to say, I 've order pizza from several different franchises in my life and, for the most part, have had fairly good experiences. But no experience has top the one I encountered when I ordered from this Domino 's location. I placed the call to this store and was greeted by an employee by the name of Emily. Her tone was very inviting and made me feel as if I was a valued customer even before placing my pick-up order. I wasn 't too sure what I was in the mood to eat, but Emily, in great detail, went over every promotion that was fitting for the amount of people I was trying to fed. She even went out of her way to let me know about the desert option they had available, as well. I placed my order and headed over to the store to pick it up. As I approached the store, an employee was there and open the door for me, greeting me with a very welcoming, Hello, welcome to Domino 's. The lobby area was very inviting and, to my surprise, very clean. That shows they pay attention to detail and actually care about the appearance of their store. I got to the counter and Emily, the young lady who took my order over the phone, was there and asked if I was there to pick up or place an order. When I gave her my name, she remember who I was, seeing that I placed the order 30 minutes prior and had my food ready to go. I took a glance at the workers behind her and the few people there were locked into whatever task they were doing. Very professional atmosphere. I paid and was sent off with a Thank you for choosing Domino 's. Have a great rest of your evening, sir. If anyone in the Margate area is in the mood for some pizza and want great customer service to go along with it, you can 't go wrong with this store. I will never order from another place for as long as I 'm living here.
Calling to make sure my order is accurate A lady answers my phone And as I start telling them I want an adjustment on my order they get hesitant and start yelling at the phone as I?m trying to co operate them. Honestly if I didn?t take your jobseriously I would go there and talk to you myself But I hope you get fired You sound a stressed lady that wants to yell atsomeone Just know if you talked to my loved one like how you talked to me on the phone I would make sure you would be in theoven in my next order. I called at 12:40 July 31 2022 If the manager sees this review fire them.
