And still couldn’t get no food. I’m going to try one more time. If I can’t get any food or the food is nasty…. I’ll update.
Ordered my shrimp complete in advance and followed their eta for pick up. when I got there, they didn't even start cooking the food. This place is so unorganized and subpar it's crazy. When I got the food, I had to argue to get the sause that was suppose to be with the food. The owner had the nerve to say the price of food is going up so they have to raise prices of the meals. If that is the case why am I getting less food and SPENDING more money? A COMPLETE SCAM!
Customer service was none existent. I order an item she said it would be ready in 10 min waited for 40 min to get it.
The customer service at this restaurant is horrendous. They don’t even understand you. when you’re placing your order, you have to repeat yourself several times. I ordered the griot complete and an extra side of rice and I received an extremely small side of sauce and pikliz. When I asked for an extra one just like the one posted below they wanted to charge me $2.14. I asked for a refund and the rude cashier told me she can’t refund me and that I would have to come back for a refund and she kept laughing. She called her manager and handed me the phone and he told me my extra side of rice should have came with a sauce as well as my griot complete and than he tried to give me a lecture about sauce and what their food comes with. I kept going back and fourth having to repeat that I was not given both. The only good thing about this restaurant is the food. I wish I had a picture of the legume that I’ve ordered from here before. the manager says it’s supposed to come with three pieces of meat and I always get one or two. You can’t raise your prices and become even more skimpy on your food. I spent $22.47 and I honestly wish I went somewhere else. Just unnecessary stress. Train your staff properly to know what comes with the food.
I used to order here all the 5 now they have made their portions really small. The side or macaroni can't even feed a toddler. They yell you one thing on the phone, and when you get there, it's another. I called and asked if the black rice was ready. When I receive my order, it's the rice and beans. Their service sucks now.
