El Toucan Colombian Cafe - Maribyrnong

Delicious and authentic Colombian cuisine! The portions are generous and the prices are great. We received excellent service, and our food arrived within 19 minutes, fresh and hot. I highly recommend this place!

There was a row of tables marked with reserved signs. I approached a male staff member to ask if we could take one of the seats. He looked at us and advised us to go to the counter to inquire. A couple came by just a minute later, asked the same question, and were seated at one of the tables. I was in a bit of a pickle; all the tabs at the counter indicated they were reserved. I'm not quite sure what to make of this situation. I was with my very pregnant partner, who was wearing a mask for safety, and it seemed like they definitely had double-booked the table. This was not how to properly treat customers.

I only ordered through UberEats, but the food was excellent. The bandeja paisa was outstanding, with huge portions just as a dish like that should have. The arepa con queso was also fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this place solely based on the exceptional quality of its food.

Prices are affordable, eating is nice and tasty and the staff was really friendly. the best Colombian restaurant I could find in melbourne.

Food was delicious ! The empanadas were crispy, fresh and could have kept eating them . Loved the mixed Columbian plate , the homemade chorizo , pork and beans were 10/10 It was an unique location being inside a swimming pool centre Will definitely come back again
