I went to use my $50 gift card that was bought several months earlier and told by the owner it was no longer valid. The card had no expiry date on it!!

A family birthday party in this institution celebrated. Very disappointing when my wife was attacked and wondering if she wants to get high with the karaoke host!! I'm still waiting for the owner to return my call on this matter.

Excellent food, but poor service. Make sure to submit your order for an entire BEFORE, because they like prices on how they go. Night staff is unfriendly and could make adjustments. The owner said he'd make it up to me, but that never happened. Probably just a tactics to bring me back and spend more money

My friend and I had just worked for over 100 hours in a 7-day period, so last night was our first time to go or do everything together, so we came here to see the hockey game. Well, we went...in and it wasn't excessively busy, but it took about 10 minutes for a server to bring us menus and ask for drinks (there were 4 people behind the bar, not including chefs). We ordered Spinat dip as a starter and the wing special they had for the night, I also ordered a caesar. 20 minutes and our wings came out (approximately overcooked). We asked the server for our dip because he was supposed to come out first and she said he was just coming out of the oven... well, another 10 minutes are going by and no dip. At some point another server brings us our dips and asks me if he wants another pepsi (my drink was also empty and I had food in my mouth so I could not ask for another). I put my wings aside and started eating the bathroom that was burned all the way around the inside of the bowl, but I didn't think much of it because the amount/quality seemed to be there... Boy, I was wrong! I took the layer of cheese from the top of diving and we had only about 5 spoons of immersion with a half inch layer of cheese!! They clearly tried to uncover a screw (not to fix). In addition, we saw NIE our server all night, unless they brought us something and were never asked how it was. Some of the poorest services I have received from here. I don't know if I'm back or not. Terrible, terrible experience.

The fish and chips were very good, however the first time we ate there there was a discrepancy between the price on the menu and the price charged. The server explained that we had been given an old menu. On the second visit five weeks...later we checked with the server that the menu price was correct before ordering. Once more when the bill came we were charged more. The poor server was at a loss to explain the so we asked to see the manager. He did not appear but told the server to refund the difference to us in cash. We ordered the fish and chips each time so don't know if this also applies to other items on the menu. We will not be eating there again.
