Good quality Chinese food at a reasonable price.. Best Chinese in the area, Doo bad they open at 11A..
Food is always fresh and delicious. Haven't had a bad menu item yet. I've eaten at many many Chinese restaurants all over PA and Chen's is one of the better one...
