Chick-fil-a - Marietta

The restaurant can get very busy, which can lead to long wait times—once I had to wait 11 minutes. Prices here are slightly higher than at standalone fast-food places, typically around $0.30 to $0.50 more for a sandwich. On the plus side, they do not charge for water, so when I do choose fast food—which isn’t often—I tend to go to Chick-fil-A. The staff here are very friendly; they learn your name and really go above and beyond. They are definitely a valuable asset to the place. However, I gave it a rating of 2 due to the long wait times, and I have to take away a star for the lack of indoor dining. I’ve almost stopped going altogether because of the absence of indoor seating.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The staff, including the manager, are not friendly at all, whether they are new or long-time employees. They frequently make mistakes with orders, and items are often missing. This happens far too often. Recently, their opening hours have been inconsistent as well, with them sometimes not opening at all or opening late. As I've said, this is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A!

Inside the Kroger is about the only difference in experience, that you'll find with this location. In my opinion if you've been to one Chick-fil-A you've been to most(the dwarf house restaurants are full service). They work extremely hard to provide thesatisfying visit that they're known to provide.

I had always enjoyed Chick-fil-A until I visited this location. They might want to reconsider their setup here. There isn't enough space to move around, and while customers wait to be greeted, the staff seems more interested in discussing their personal issues. This fast food restaurant is definitely not living up to its "fast" reputation!

At normally don't have any issues with Chick-fil-A but at this location it took over 10 minutes to get our food. I had to call into the restaurant to make sure that they were doing curbside service. The manager answer the phone and told me that there wasa big order before my little order and my food would be out shortly. I waited another 5 minutes . This was not the Chick-fil-Aservice I'm used to . I'll stay on my side of town.
