The reason being I ordered the sampler and when it came out I noticed the boneless chicken wings looked horrific and immediately informed the server that I'm going to need another order. Any explain to me that with a little bit of sarcasm? Well our coolers aren't working well so the next ones will look just like that. I don't really appreciate it though. I let it pass and just told her to take it away and bring me something else. Point being knowing that the product isn't being kept well, should have never been served. Second, if you do serve it, don't give a reason or explanation. While it looks terrible. Just remove it from the table and bring the customer something better!
The quality of food and service has changed so much. We have been going to this place for over 15 year, after Covid looks like management doesn't care any more or it has changed. It just going down the hill, unfortunately:
I've usually had great experiences here, but today was a bit of a letdown. The service was good, but as soon as my food arrived, gnats and flies landed on it, which was pretty unpleasant. They kindly remade my meal to go, but I did notice a bit of a gnat problem near the bar area.
My quesadilla not only had a hair but it also had a plastic wrapper in it. Just absolutely disgusting, do better.
Chili used to be my favorite restaurant, but that’s no longer the case. The prices have gone up, while both the portion sizes and the quality of the food have decreased.
