Chili's Grill - Marietta

The waitress was incredible. I ordered fajitas, and my friend had a large, perfectly cooked mushroom burger. I also tried a raspberry flash drink, and everything was delicious and served quickly.

The young staff at this place make customer service look like a nightmare. I waited in my car for 10 minutes, as instructed, before I could pick up my order. When I finally went inside, I found my order sitting in the window the whole time. I took it home only to discover it was cold. Plus, my hamburger was undercooked, despite my request for it to be well done. If this had only happened once, it wouldn't be such a big deal. But unfortunately, I've experienced this exact scenario every single time I've ordered here.

The food was just average. The poor waitress was managing the entire floor on her own while the manager was in the back, presumably doing nothing. I won’t be returning.

Only 2/3 persons working the entire floor, and it took about an hour before eating came when there were very few people in the restaurant. very bad service and no feeling of urgency from the personal.

This has to be the worst Chilis I've ever been to. My family has tried this restaurant 3x now over the course of 2022. Poor service all around. Servers don't care about their jobs, always understaffed. Just drive a couple more miles to a different Chilis restaurant. It's worth it.
