The sauce on the bun was minimal and lacked any flavor, leaving the entire sandwich tasting like bland broth. For $20, I expected something delicious. Honestly, I would have preferred a smaller sandwich that actually tasted good. The pickle that came with it was more enjoyable than the sandwich itself, and I'm not even a pickle fan!
What a waste of money. I ordered the BLT Lobster Roll, and it was a disappointment. The bacon was cold and not fully cooked. They used a cold hamburger bun, and there was no mayo on the lobster. It was terrible. I won’t be returning.
This restaurant is situated in a somewhat hidden location, away from shopping centers, which feels a bit unusual since malls seem to be a thing of the past. The hours of operation are inconsistent, closing unexpectedly early, and the staff’s demeanor is quite rude. I would have expected better service from a chain like Cinnabon or Sbarro. I had heard positive things about this establishment, but it seems those were just hype meant to promote the national brand, without any follow-up on franchise quality. I would recommend avoiding this place, as well as the Marietta Square food court.
Very good and fast eating. I try to support shark tank companies.
My sister, niece and I hit up Marietta Square Market for dinner. My sister recommended the lobster roll at Cousins Maine Lobster and despite my skepticism about getting a lobster roll in Atlanta, I went ahead and tried it. Service is good. Gentleman that took our order was nice and efficient. We ordered two Connecticut lobster rolls and a fish and chips. Since it's located in a food hall, they text you when your food is ready so you can browse other spots there or grab a table. In about 10 minutes we got the text our food was ready. This lobster roll reminded me of the one I had in DC last summer. The lobster was buttery and flavorful with the best tasting and perfectly toasted New England roll. You would never expect to get a lobster roll like this in the South but it does exist. The lobster roll came with coleslaw. It was ok. A pinch of salt would have gone a long way with the slaw. I didn't try the fish but the fries were good. This roll was worth every penny!
