We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, so much so that we chose to return for two consecutive nights. The food was exquisite, and the service was exceptional—thank you, Gabby! Anna, you manage things exceptionally well. It's truly heartwarming to witness a team of employees working together to satisfy their customers. We can't wait to come back!

As for the dining experience, the friendliness that once characterized the place seems to have diminished. When it comes to the food, your best options are the chicken parmesan and chicken piccata, while the salads and dressing remain consistently good. For takeout, I've noticed some issues: the butter for the rolls often lacks chopped garlic and frequently arrives congealed, as if it had just been pulled from the refrigerator. The service varies widely; some servers are excellent while others seem indifferent. There is one taller gentleman who has been there for a while—he is friendly and does a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the value for money is diminishing as prices continue to rise and portions shrink. I might blame the price and portion issues on broader economic factors, but the bottom line is that this is no longer the best local spot for Italian food.

Frankie's has been my favorite spot for Italian cuisine for the past twenty years. Even when I lived in Nashville, I always made a point to stop here whenever I was in town before heading to my hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian food.

We had great service and the food was amazing. They have one of the best house salads of any Italian restaurant (it's the cheese, chickpeas, and mushrooms that make it special without the extra stuff some places add that ends up being picked out. My daughter loved the rolls and ate more of them than her dinner. The chicken and spinach Florentine was stunningly good and my husband loved his rigatoni a la vodka. It's hard when you want everything on the dessert menu but the flourless chocolate cake (I think they called it torte? was knee-buckling and the New York cheesecake was very good as well. And it didn't break the bank! I wish they were closer to us, we would eat there all the time.
