Ihop - Marietta

Many parking spaces. The seat was hard because the stand was too close to the table and wouldn't move in and out. The bathrooms were not very clean, but at least there were toilet paper, soap and paper towels. No soap or towels in the master room. Wall paper was peeled and windows were dirty. We had a great server, but my order was grounded and I got regular bak on my BLT, but my server has me the right Turkey bacon BLT. Good coffee too. This restaurant needs a lot of interior work.

Always good food. Always friendly staff. The restaurant was clean. Everyone was doing their jobs as best as possible on a busy lunch rush. You never felt like you were being ignored.

Okay, let me see where I start? when we got in, put them quickly But that was the only good thing that took a good time until the waiter came and get our drinks (the soda was flat). The food took more than usual to come to us, Messed on our order, forgot to get extra stuff like sauce refill, from them on it went downhill.

Visited this IHOP on the commemorative day for a quick dinner with our grandchildren. It took about 15 minutes to sit with no one in front of us. There was a manager, two waiters and at least one cook in the kitchen. The restaurant was not very busy, but the service was very slow. My meal was totally wrong, but we thought it anyway. The waitress had to be reminded of what we wanted to fill our drinks, etc. The manager was obviously a large part of the problem. He had a bad attitude and didn't seem to care or encourage his employees at all. I've been visiting this IHOP for decades and that was the worst experience I've ever had. IHOP should close this restaurant to protect its brand until they find a competent manager and employee to run it.

It was the first time to eat here. The outside needs attention. A lot of cigarette stumps near the entrance. The back you need to park needs attention. Pulling in is clean. However, narrow space for the waiter area, as the moats go in the border to sit. This place needs a facial lift and a reorganization to let this place flow better. Our waitress was attentive. Our food order came out in 14 minutes after the order and was hot. The food was good to order as we wanted, so no complaints.
