La Fiesta Grande Mexican - Marietta

So we branch out to find a new mother and pop Mexican restaurant tonight, was really pleasantly surprised. the food was made quite fast, it was seasoned and well cooked, price was appropriate for the part. the first problem was with a burrito. whoever packed them, wrapped the film in the burrito itself. unbelievable, but not terrible. mistakes were not made. However, I had ordered her chimichanga, it was pretty good minus the several toothpicks was surprised to find while eating it. about all foods was good, but the attention to quite important details was hard missing. I'm lucky I found her with a chosen one.

Entrance smells of dirty mop water, food lacks flavor, but did have the usual presentation of a Mexican restaurant. Floors were super slippery. Server was nice, but seemed very afraid and nothing that was a choice was offered. We were given corn tortillas and not offered flour. Our 3 refills were in the same cup and he used his bare hands for everything. He did know the daily specials which was good. Other customers seemed ecstatic and I have no idea why everything was subpar. Steak was tough. Had to ask for a straw. Restaurant doesn't have drink menus....

Not a very good selection...buffet very small....some of the items are cold...didnt seem interested in refilling....not very good at all...wont be back......Save ypur money...go somewhere else...1st time here...and last time

Food was ok, service NOT good. I had my ENTIRE LUNCH WITH NOTHING TO DRINK and no one checked on me. No drink and I’m finished. I was offered a drink as I was leaving. I do not normally leave reviews but this needs one.

Someone in my party was turned away and refused service because of their service dog. The owner, Dario, was not receptive to any sort of education and refused to seat us because “the restaurant has carpets.” I refuse to return.
