Moe's Southwest Grill - Marietta

I placed an online order for pickup at 8:30 a.m. to grab it quickly on my way home from work. I arrived 10 minutes early, but the door was already locked. One of the employees informed me that my order hadn't been prepared yet. Although the employee offered to make it for me, they ended up making the wrong item twice. In the end, I received a burrito, which was cheaper than the stack I had originally ordered online. The staff were friendly, but the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

The service was painfully slow. I placed a mobile order, and there was someone on-site, yet it took 25 minutes to prepare two burritos. I had to go inside to remind them to fulfill the order because they seemed to ignore mobile requests altogether. Meanwhile, two staff members took their time making the burritos, chatting and laughing together for 6-7 minutes without any sense of urgency.

We arranged a small lunch and chose this restaurant for our event. It couldn't have gone better! Everything was fresh and delicious. The manager personally delivered our order and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be ordering from here regularly.

This moe?s is my favorite to go by far. Great staff and good food.
