Otter's Chicken - Marietta

Excellent option for a quick bite.. Came in while my wife got glasses next to the door....Ordering and delivery of food on the table was fast and friendly....with some suggestions from Pasang on the counter....not an avid fries eater, but their were well cooked and crispy, the chicken sandwich was tender and juice....in some other places the chicken has no taste and taste it.

CHECK YOU RECEIPS!!! The prices have not only risen enormously, but they also have a temporary inflation fee?. I understand all those struggling with inflation, but they are adding a fee without even telling customers. if menu items have gone to $3 last year, why continue to add fees for literally no reason? It's beaky and deceptive, really doesn't want to come back. a small sign or inclusion in the menu would help my feelings, but they can't even offer that. Save your money!

We're here a lot. No problem. Now is there a price increase due to inflation? Good? but coming home and opening our containers to find that the offers we ordered were the size of the nuggets and the pommes were tiny pieces??!!! No. It's not okay. I wish I had taken a picture.

We've been eating at Otters for a few years. I called a call and picked him up about 15 minutes later. I love about 3 minutes from the restaurant. Our fries saw and lubricated greasy and not very warm. The offers were good. The wings were super greasy and the Koleslaw was warm and the lid would not remain on the container. My stomach was stopped today by this dinner that we couldn't finish. I can understand if any restaurant is underused, but the CUNDER should NOT suffer. Get a training again and make sure your staff spends food that their own mom wants to eat. Please!

I?ve been going to this place for years, but after my visit today i won?t be back. The staff were super friendly, but they have a new sign up that says they will be adding an additional ?inflation fee? to each order on top of the already raised menu prices. I ordered crazy fries, they were okay- but definitely not as good as normal. At the end of the day, the food they serve is simply not worth the price.
