I asked them if they would do something like it was only about 18 o'clock. “No, not at the moment, no. “Yes, I am confused. are not most of their dishes and build their own bowl / burrito contain rice as a building block and stack part of the plate? I would have liked to try, but that's just silly.
I went in and there was a group of three people in front of me. there was only one girl (tracy) that actually worked. there was another older man (which found us later chuck). Chuck didn't help this girl with everyone. I guess he only cooks the meat if necessary, but apart from that, he didn't do anything. Anyway, tracy helped the group out of me and took about 10 minutes with what I didn't do at all because that's what lines are for: waiting. before my turn even came, about 10-12 men and were now in agreement behind me. when it was my turn, I asked for two dishes (one for me, one for my man). my bowl was made super fast as it has sesame chicken that has already been prefabricated. my man has his bowl with the tempura garnels. Chuck made the tempura garnel and there was tracy to supplement his sauces, as we already set on all his strokes while waiting for the garnels. my man was on the phone so he could tell me what he wanted and asked me to ask what Ponzu sauce was and what Poke sauce was. when I asked, tracy chuck asked for help to describe it to me. when I put my phone on my ear to tell me a man chuck loud and very rude, oh gott now she's on the phone, ughh. how please? I was literally helped less than five minutes, from which about three had to wait for the garnels to cook. the boldness of chuck I found out later is crazy. I understand that there is a line and my order was pretty fast. but to be so rude, was absolutely unjust. I could say that tracy even felt uncomfortable and when I asked her for the name and he obviously felt nervous to tell me. that seems to be a terrible working environment, and with a manager like this I don't see this business at all. I ordered from this place on grubhub all the time (and all the time I mean once twice a week) and thought it would be cool to go and get it and see it, they do it this time. this place is 20 minutes away from my house, and it is simply not worth going there to be the hire of the manager, because it cannot handle a line. this job is almost all customer service and I never want to walk in foot again. this experience has left a very acidic taste in my mouth. eating is good, nothing special. I used to get a sushi burrito with soy paper, but they were already there the last couple of times. I had ordered and instead of telling me that they are out when soy paper they only wrap it in nori, which I don't eat. the service of chuck was unacceptable and inappropriate. tracy has absolutely amazing with my bowl. the bowl does not taste like it usually does to me today, but oh good, just another reason to avoid this business. Pity to chuck that it's okay to pay customers as he does. I paid $34 for two bowls, two cola zeros, and tip and I would be happy to do this again, had it not for the terrible service and tasteful commentary of chuck 's end. P.s. it's far from me to tell everyone how to run their business, but to be a customer who makes business to keep manager like chuck in their position, will only run business.
