If they are looking for a cool but illuminated environment redana is the spot good music, ahmed is great and its a byob it is not better than that!

This place was awesome. We were looking for a place to chill and found this. This was my first time going to a hookah lounge in the states and I really enjoyed it. It wasn't too busy when we first got there and the service was great. The atmosphere, furniture, artwork, and live belly dancer was dope. The baklava was great too. I'm definitely going back for sure.

I’ve visited this place multiple times with coworkers and friends. My boss has thrown private parties and we have celebrated our Christmas work party at this location. I typically enjoy my time here. However, last night was the most horrid experience. My friend and I came to enjoy hookah and music. The manager came to our table and said that we had to go because we were being rude to the waitress and slammed the check on our table. There was no probing prior to him slamming the check on to the table. We had very limited conversation with the waitresses prior to the manager coming to our table. I asked could he bring the waitress so we can resolve the issue. I then asked how were we being rude. The waitress responded because we didn’t say please and thank you to order our waters and the other waitress expressed we demanded her to get playing cards. Not only were these incidents not justified, the manager was very unprofessional, and extremely aggressive which escalated the situation that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. I will make sure to stop bringing our business here.

So I have been to this place a couple of times and I didn’t have an issue. The 3rd time I went with my friend and the waitresses accused us of being rude and having an attitude with no incident. My friend and I entered the establishment and sat down in the back. We tipped the belly dancer and ordered 2 waters and a hookah. When 2 more of our friends arrived we asked for 2 more waters. We later asked for uno cards and they stated they didn’t have any. They had playing cards but someone else were using them. They then suggested checkers and we agreed. While we were playing checkers the “manager” came to us and slapped the check on the table stating that we needed to leave because the waitress said we were being rude. He did not investigate to see if there was a issue or misunderstanding. He did not attempt to de-escalate the situation. We were in such shock because there was not any intentional rudeness on our side, we thought he was joking and we asked for the waitress so they could tell us where this came from. The waitress stated we didn’t say please and thank you for the water then another one said we were rude about the cards. The entire time there was never any type of negative energy between us and the waitress. They even complimented one of us on our purse. In the future, it’s best to investigate and de-escalate rather than accusing and amplifying the issue. I feel violated.
