Contribuisci feedbackEvery time I come here I get the same thing. A caramel crunch frappe with extra extra crunch. And EVERYTIME I receive it there?s a little sprinkle of crunch. Honestly if you?re out of something, and the customer asks for that SPECIFICALLY, tell them you don?t freaking have it. This time we came, not only was there NO CRUNCH but my girlfriends frappe was all whip cream and a little bit of coffee. Honestly this is ridiculous, this Starbucks sucks like 100% and we will not be returning. We tried calling for our money back and no answer!!! This needs to be resolved!!!!!!
Support small business!! There are many other places to enjoy better coffee in the Square. This business will allow its customers cars to be booted in their parking lot. It?s a racket. Very deceitful. Poor business practice.
I REALLY don?t like how this Starbucks holds Mobile Orders hostage. The point is supposed to be convenience, and often baristas ACTIVELY avoid eye contact with you as you wait patiently at the designated area, and you can see your order just sitting there getting colder or losing ice by the minute. Seriously waited over 10 minutes, when I ordered 10 minutes beforehand. AND our sandwich we ordered was cold and inedible. I really wish they would take after other Starbucks by putting the order on the counter ready to go, have a separate designated area, or simply give the feedback to the barista assigned to the mobile orders to acknowledge those waiting right away.
I really want to love this place cause of location but it is so poorly run right now. I have received maybe 2 orders that were made correctly? The people are A+ on attitude but can yall figure out?? I just want my overpriced coffee self care excuse.
