I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru, as I ended up with a cold burger. This isn’t the first time I've encountered issues like this—I’ve faced similar problems twice now.

The customer service was awful! I ordered through the app twice, and each time I had to pull over and wait for nearly ten minutes. One of those orders was just a lemonade! The manager was extremely disrespectful, which was disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location—I’d rather go to the McDonald's next door!

The coffee was too strong for my taste! Additionally, the Baconator breakfast dish came with sausage instead of bacon.
