Pinkberry - Marina del Rey

One of my favorite places from back in the day is where I go with my daily partner. We visited this busy spot on a Sunday.

I ordered a medium yogurt, but the woman who served me only filled the cup halfway. When I asked her to top it off, she became upset and told me that she couldn't do that. I paid $9 for a yogurt that wasn't even full. She removed the toppings I had paid for and only gave me a half-filled cup. I don't understand why I didn't receive what I paid for.

The staff here is very unprofessional and discriminatory. They predominantly hire Hispanic employees and offer special treatment, like free rehearsals and yogurt, to them. There is a lack of diversity among the staff. When customers request to speak to a manager, the employees freeze and become unresponsive, and they even refuse to share their names if they’re in a bad mood. Additionally, there have been instances where employees record customers when they ask for assistance. Overall, the atmosphere is very negative, and it seems the company fosters this environment.

Was at this place numerous paintings. if they want cheesecake, they don't come to this place. it doesn't matter which day it is, they'll always say they're out. in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening, they're out.

Disgusting customer service very rude you spend 40 dollars and they don’t give you a napkin save your money go to another pink berry rip off they under serve you for the toppings your paying for I will never go there again
