Our waiter ben was excellent. eating was very good and we appreciate the main court choices for those who did not want the turkey dinner.
This place has really improved! there must be a new cook. the selection of food was diverse and the taste was amazing!
Would only recommend for snacks and cocktails. beautiful location on marina boardwalk. we were there thanksgiving day. gastgeber was limitless rude; waiter seemed overwhelmed (the place was not very busy;) and eating was okay, but served at room temperature. grateful, with good friends to be in a beautiful environment. cocktails were good.
My four-headed family has eaten every Thanksgiving day of whiskey red (even if it was shanghi red’s) for many years and that was the best dinner we ever had.
I recently dined at this restaurant for their special Thanksgiving Brunch, dining alone. I was pleasantly surprised to find that 3 out of the 4 courses were meant to be shared with the table. However, each course was so generous that it could have easily fed a party of 3 or 4. The appetizer course, salad course, and dessert course, which included 11 different sweets, were all substantial meals on their own. While I cannot fault the restaurant for their generosity or the quality of the food, I would have preferred smaller portions for the shared courses. I ended up eating more than I had in years and doubt that the restaurant made any profit from my meal, considering the expensive items like oysters, crab legs, and prosciutto that were included.
