We have been here multiple times, in fact it has been our favorite place for dining out. However, tonight we were completely ignored in the dining area by multiple wait-people after being seated. Sat there for over twenty five minutes as every other guest was greeted and served. We left. Never experienced this ever before. Service was great at the bar. Not sure we will return here again. We decided to go there for our monthly get together and I have to say, the experience was different. The food was so so at best. They were out of hamburgers forcing those that wanted beef to get steak at twice the price. Napkins with dinnerware were not folded so half got some and the other half had to wait. Sauces were forgotten to be put on our food, which turned out to be a plus for me because the sauce for my burger was horrible. she brought it to me in a dish and it was nasty. There was something stupid on each burger like fried pickles or mac and cheese. prices were high, but what isn't these days. service was iffy at best. don't worry though, you will pay 20 percent of your bill for this service without choice. tipping isn't an option. because they mandatorily charge you that 20 percent, the service doesn't have to be good. they will get their tip anyway. I personally will never eat their again.
