Stirrups - Marion County

This review is based on the Brunch experience. The do not have a buffet, which is fine. However my omelet was just mediocre and not hot whenever it was served. French toast was a soggy mess. The Equestrian breakfast was also mediocre. Okay if you are staying at the hotel, but better to skip and just get a delicious pastry and coffee at the patisserie. If you live in Ocala there are way better options for brunch.

My wife and I visited for the first time for date night. We shared everything because we wanted to try so much on the menu and the portions are large. We ordered Oysters, She-crab soup, Japanese wagyu tartare, Ribeye steak (Cooked perfectly), Creamed corn, Mashed potatoes and Mudslide pie. We needed a to-go bag for sure! The bill was surprisingly lower than we were expecting (Less than $300 before tip) and that included 3 drinks and coffees! You wont be disappointed! Brandon and Tyrese were our servers and they were very attentive and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend.

We went for breakfast. Service felt slow, even though they weren’t busy. Prices are on the high end, but the atmosphere was incredible. I wish they had a children’s menu, but I ordered two adult entrees for my children to split.

Wonderful atmosphere, dining room was 1st class, service and food were excellent right down to dessert. Extensive wine list. It's definitely a place for fine dining.
