I ordered my drink, paid, and waited...and waited...and waited. I had a 45-minute commute to work and thought that 10-15 minutes would be enough time to grab a boba tea before heading out of town. By the time 20 minutes had passed, I had to leave without getting my drink. I'm sure the boba tea is delicious, but this establishment needs to improve their speed in serving "to-go" customers. They could benefit from some additional training on how to quickly fulfill drink orders.
This Vietnamese restaurant is a great local find, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, especially the rice bowls and Banh mi. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and offers a welcome change from the usual options in Marion, NC. My only suggestion would be to add more authentic Vietnamese dishes to the menu. We love this place!
Low quality experience at this restaurant. I ordered the vegan teriyaki dish, but it didn't come with teriyaki sauce and instead had a strange non-vegan spicy mayo on the side. The staff seemed unsure about the vegan options and couldn't confirm if certain items were vegan. They even admitted that some ingredients, like the broth, were not made in-house. It's disappointing to leave a negative review for a business trying to succeed, but it's puzzling why a restaurant would serve subpar packaged food instead of making their own dishes.
Bubbly’s does not disappoint! We’ve tried every ramen bowl, a few bubble tea flavors, the kimchi fries, bulgogi, and more. Always amazing, quick and affordable.
Food was good for the price. Service could have been better. This was our first time there. We told them this. It was like we had to pull information out of them on what they recommended and questions about food. Food on floor most tables were dirty. Could have better use of time instead of standing around for customers coming in needing tables.
