This restaurant offers protein shakes that are a bit on the pricier side but taste good. The staff is friendly and the service is for take out. The average cost per person is between $10 and $20.

My wife and I were considering becoming regular customers, but I cannot commit to a restaurant that frequently closes or changes its hours without notice. I would rather drive to West Memphis for Core Nutrition because they have consistent hours, unlike most other businesses.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere, the staff, the owners, and the tea were all amazing! Everyone was very friendly, there were lots of options to choose from, and the energy was great.
