Excellent food and service! We will definitely be returning if we’re in the area.

When I arrived, I requested an extra bag of chips with my large cup of queso. After the two staff members conferred, I was told it would be $1. While that's not much, I've never had to pay for complimentary chips at any Mexican restaurant I've visited, nor have I not been offered a complimentary cup of salsa. That's one of the best parts of enjoying Mexican food! Upon returning to my car, I realized I still didn't know the total price of my order, as they don’t include it on the receipt. The customer service was subpar, and somehow the food was even worse. My fiancé's burrito tasted like it had been cooked on a dirty skillet; he ended up getting sick mid-bite and threw the entire meal away. The queso was overly watery, almost like the cooks had diluted it with water, and it lacked any flavor or seasoning. My arroz con pollo was edible, but it didn't have any cheese on it and was also not seasoned at all. After being thoroughly disappointed, I called back to ask for the price to see how much money I wasted, and they told me it was $48. I'm still baffled at how an order of arroz con pollo, an El Chapo burrito, and a large cup of queso could cost that much. I just counted my losses and decided that I will never return. I even wondered if they just took the liberty to tip themselves with my card information, since I was practically forced to provide it over the phone. This was my first visit to this relatively new restaurant, and I won't be going back. I'll also be warning everyone I know to avoid wasting their time and money here. As someone who has worked in fast food and waitressing for most of my life, I usually consider myself an easygoing customer, but this experience was simply pathetic.

As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is located in the basement, but there is an elevator available.

Been here twice and service has been fast and food is great. Some unique flavor to the salsa that I really enjoy as well.
