If you're looking for a restaurant that delivers on what you pay for, this isn't the right choice. This is the second time we've ordered larger plates and received standard ones instead. Additionally, the customer service is unresponsive. It's quite frustrating.
I can’t believe I found a bone in my chicken! I called to request a replacement, and they promised to replace my entire meal, as well as my girlfriend's. However, when I went to pick up the replacement, all they gave me was a box of chicken—no noodles, no sides, nothing! It's unbelievable. I’m definitely going to call corporate about this. I mean, you're charging $20 for each order, and you can't take care of your customers?
The drivethru always makes you pull over and wait about 15 min. Today we had to get out of the car and go inside because they never did bring it out.
The entrees were delicious (Honey Walnut Chicken Orange Chicken) and the servers were friendly and efficient. The store was clean, but WAY TOO COLD!! The A/C was set way too low, might be good for the employees in the back, but the manager needs to set the temp at a more moderate setting and then LOCK THE THERMOSTAT from the fumbling fingers of the staff. We ended up being rushed and scooting out early because of the deep chill
