Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Marion

I usually don't give negative review, especially for fast food restaurants.But the drive-thru is soooooo slow. Don't come to this one!

Great customer service in the drive the young woman was so nice and friendly great customer service I believe her name was Jamia foods and my strawberry lemonade frozen was great I came to Friday night around 1250pm

People that work here always got an attitude and for some reason right now their lobby is closed so you can't order anything inside unless you order through the app or delivery which sucks and it's been like this for a whole not sure why this Popeyes needs some fixing

Is 9:42pm I come thru the drive thru the attendant say the are closed, I ask why time do you close now I asked again what time does the restaurant close she said 930pm hours of operation on the website are 10pm then she ask WHAT DO YOU WANT I repeated my order multiple times and I felt like she was just mocking me trying to get me to leave. Management please check the cameras the girl was on the phone leaning on the window not working

Parking for this location can be a little tight but you're able to get in and out safely. To be honest, im very surprised by the star rating of this location because i received pleasant service. Elena was very patient and considerate of what it is we wanted. Her fellow team members were efficient and quick as well. Im happy with this location and ill definitely come back. I tried the nuggets and i feel the tenders are much better because they are much more crunchier. The nuggets are good but not all that crunchy. Im not sure if its due to covid but this location would be even better if they had an opertive restroom for customers.
