Absolutely, the worst store I have ever been to, and I have been to Burger King’s all of the country and the entire world I paid for my order online and rocked up at the drive-through to be told my order is on hold They spoke to a manager and basically said the milkshake maker is an on and would take at least 20 minutes to be able to make a drink, remember this is an order I placed online The guy said I can either have something else or basically have no refund ! I literally told me they cannot give me a refund because I ordered on the Burger King website and he said and I “we are not affiliated with that” Yes, he said that the Burger King website is not affiliated with Burger King .. So I could easily lose $4 and have no drink, which, when you don’t have much money, that’s not an option, or I could have some random thing, I don’t want, or have no refund basically I’m just lose out I can’t believe that he literally said I would lose my money as he cannot give me a refund because I ordered online Well, he actually said I ordered on the app and I said I didn’t order on the app I ordered on the website to which said oh yes we’re not affiliated with that I was then stuck in the car park for 20 minutes, waiting for the machine to get up to temperature so I can have the drink that I paid for When the guy came out with the drink and food, he was so miserable. Not sure if it was because it was raining or if it is because the machine was off and they didn 't want to turn it on, but he was so unhappy. Didn 't say a thing when I opened the window, just looked unhappy. After I said thanks, he waited for a moment then said anything else for you in a condescending tone. Oh and the burger, which was custom toppings so should be fresh, was COLD. Utterly freezing cold to the point I think they made it before the milkshake and just left it out waiting for 20 mins... When I say cold, I mean I checked it with a thermometer too and it was 9c! 9c is cold! Very cold! I’m also is a disabled chronically ill, so this is a nightmare for me. I hate Burger King as it is to be honest, but there isn’t much else around here, but to be able to hold items they don’t have, and they literally tell you and you cannot have a refund?! Pretty sure it’s against the law to seeing you cannot give someone a refund. Awful store, and the manager was so rude and staff member that came out was worse. Sorry for ordering food... worst ever and I have been to hundreds all over the world and USA¬ Miserable and rude staff, with cold food and machines turned off that should be on or we shouldn 't be able to order the items...
Waited 20 minutes for my mobile order since they do not open at the times stated online, then they didn’t even have the food in stock to make my order. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for no reason, please change your hours online so people can’t pay for food if you aren’t going to be open.
This burger king is really nice. They got great offers on their app for cheap to affordable prices. All their food is delicious.
Went there 6/4/23, pulled up with 4 cars in front of me, took almost an hour to go through. The female person who took my order was the rudest person I have ever encountered. So disappointing, have gone here for over 20 years, will never go back.
