After reading the other reviews, I'm uncertain about their practices regarding cross-contamination. However, I dined here last night and had no issues! Just to clarify, I have an intolerance, not celiac disease.

I want to express my gratitude to Abtei Hats, especially Nathan, for delivering a delicious Chinese meal that was on time, beautiful, and piping hot. What stood out the most was the outstanding service we received when inquiring about gluten-free options. The guidance we received was incredibly helpful and clear. I also appreciated the additional information provided by the supplier regarding gluten-free ingredients.

This restaurant cannot guarantee gluten-free options, but I eat here regularly and have never had any issues. The food is delicious, the chips are amazing, and the chicken piccata is fantastic!
