Ban Ban Sushi - Markham

I didn't have a good experience with Ban Ban Sushi. Every piece of fish in my order was dry or old looking and the tempura tasted overcooked. Worst sushi experience ever! Never going back there again.

I try the Deluxe Chirashidon .Sashimi very fresh . Ban Ban sushi at Golden lion restaurant inside. Need to try this store ! This is new sushi takeaway good place to try .

Great price and generous portion. Nothing fancy but the quality is good. However, the place is so small and so hard to find within a Chinese restaurant. Four star out of five.

Have been coming here since their grand opening and they never disappoint. This small takeout sushi spot is located inside a restaurant. Ordering is quick and easy over the phone and whenever I order a platter, it's always waiting for me. There's only one cash counter so there could be a line since there are 3 establishments in here whom share the lone cash register. I order here weekly and will be doing so for the foreseeable future.

This new sushi spot is located inside the Golden Lion Restaurant. They currently have a Yelp promotion, spend $50 and get a side of shrimp tempura for free. I called to place my order and the gentleman on the phone was super nice! I ordered the 60 pcs assorted sashimi, sushi, and roll platter $43) and the gold dragon roll $10). If you pay cash, you also get 15% off too, so my total came to $51. The shrimp tempura was good, but I wish it was crispier. The sushi rolls were good, and the gold dragon rolls came in big pieces. The sashimi on the other hand, some fish tasted fresh, others didn't. The salmon sashimi was good, but the tuna was okay. It kind of had a weird texture to it. Overall, I would order from them again but if I can switch out some options for the platters, I would. The staff were super nice and my order was ready in 15-20 minutes.
