Chunky Chicken - Markham

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! The ambiance was charming, the service impeccable, and the food exceeded all expectations. Each dish was a delightful blend of flavors, showcasing the chef's culinary expertise. A five-star gem that I'll eagerly revisit.

I visited this place, and the experience was subpar at best. The chicken was dry, the service was slow, and the atmosphere was bland. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried the peri grilled chicken burger, which was delicious. However, the crispy chicken lacked seasoning and the portion of large fries was small for the price.

Nirab was VERY RUDE. when we placed an order through phone but when we arrived they said they have no trace of our order. Instead of accepting it and saying sorry she demands a screenshot of the number we called and the time. When we asked her for the manager, it was her so I asked for the owners number and instead of giving me the owners number, Nirab gives me her own number to avoid the owner knowing about her attitude and bad customer service and purposely cut the phone with me and I’ve been noticing she has also hung up the phone with other customers, and also MANY bad reviews about her. Would not recommend going there at all.

The owners daughter is really rude. I placed an order for almost $300 and the owners daughter was arguing over putting extra mayonnaise on our burgers. Even though we asked for extra mayonnaise over the phone, and there was no mentions of extra charge then. When we arrived at the restaurant, we had a look at the burgers before we left, since we live 1.5 hour away. She was arguing with us that she put extra mayo, and that if we want more, we need to pay, but there was barely anything on the burger. We even asked her that if this was extra mayo , then what is the regular amount of mayo, because then the burger would be dry! When this location was Chunky Chicken in the past, they would always give us extra mayo, without any charge. In the end, she wasn 't willing to put extra mayo or give us any mayo tubs, so I paid for them. Bearing in mind, we paid $300 for our order and she couldn 't even give us mayo tubs, she really needs to go learn some business ethics and customer service! I have been coming to Chunky Chicken for more than 6 years and never had an issue, but the new owners are very rude and don 't know how to speak to their customers.
