Our first time went for the 2:15 time slot right before they close to the dinner prep. looked at the table through the window it snowy, added to the ambiente. sirloin was made perfect, not dry or chewing. truffle friries are delicious. the pappardelle was so good and the portions are quite large. I almost never take the rest home, but in this case. was too delicious to throw it out. the service was on the point! can not wait to go back
It was a wonderful meal. simple-looking pastas, which from this world tasted delicious and nuanced. good wine, good service.
Delicious food and very good portion sizes. Would definitely come back.
We decided to try this amazing restaurant after many years always walking by several times on Main Street. We 've seen and been to many restaurants on the main street over the years and have seen many of them closing perhaps due to the hardships of the pandemic. We are thrilled to see that 'il Postino ' is still thriving and just as packed and lively as it has been over the years. We had the pleasure of having dinner on a Monday night to host some business colleagues of ours. Upon our arrival, our entire party commented that seeing a full restaurant on Monday in January tells us that this must be a great place to dine! And boy were we right! Ironically we had a business coach in our party that specializes in Cx (customer service). Our coach in conversation through out dinner commented that based on her line of work it takes a beyond exceptional experience for her to be wowed and 'il Postino ' delivered on that experience and some! Food was authentic and delicious, service was perfectly timed right down the level of spice for the multiple orders of the orecchiette at our table. They did not rush us out as we were the last table to leave. You can be sure our business group will be back to dine here next quarter!
