Photime Authentic Vietnamese Eatery

PhoTime offers a spacious dining experience compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The food is average, but the service left much to be desired.We were given a VIP card without an expiry date, but the server swapped it out with a new one with an expiry date without any explanation. It felt dishonest and a lack of transparency. While I'm totally fine with the restaurant's change of policy, a simple explanation would have been appreciated.

I would consider the pho here to be very good. However, there are some consistency issues with the broth flavour and meat portions. It is a little pricey. The restaurant is nice and comfy. Service is smooth.

Fancy for Vietnamese food, this is one of the recommended in north Markham. The decor is cozy, spacious, and always full of people. The broth is tasty. The meat portions are generous. Noodle has a choice of thin or thick, which I prefer thin. The server has patiently answered our questions while ordering. She even asked the bean sprouts should be served raw or not, seldom other stores asked for it. The served food is delicious. The iced coffee was strong and bitter.Photime, it will never disappoint you and it stands high on our priority!

This place is absolutely excellent. I discovered it during the pandemic and I've been coming here ever since. I live downtown Toronto and I drive all the way to Markham just to get Pho from here. The service is absolutely excellent and I love the way that everybody works as a team. Great amazing place. The host and the waiters and waitresses are so nice. The crispy spring rolls are the best I've ever had.
