Southern Aroma - Markham

That is a very small restaurant. with less seat. but you eat is amazing. they have different dosas and various South Indian and Srilankan dishes. prices are much better compared to other South Indian restaurants. will definitely go back.

The vegetarian food is not at all to a satisfactory level. Kothu parotta was slushy which is definitely not a south indian kind of make, eggplant curry is not a kind of restaurant style, has pretty much of oil and we did feel bloated after sometime of having food. Mango lassi and paneer 65 was good thought

Customer service is horrendous. Ordered food for pickup, but came to find out that the lady on the phone totally messed up the order. Staff need to be educated on basic communication skills let alone customer service skills. Owner is a joke as well, did not try to resolve the issue in a polite and respectful manner. Not sure how they are still in business with such disgusting customer service. Swearing at customers is never a good idea when trying to run a business. Hopefully they can try to learn how to treat customers with more respect. Thank you.

So I drove into my favourite dosa corner Southern Aroma!Those who are looking to experience a DISRUPTION in your choice of dosa must visit Southern Aroma!This one is for both veg non-veg lovers!Dosa with stuffed dry mutton curry was my choice for the night...absolutely mouth watering feed! Along with egg, cheese, onions and the usual suspects.....Red chutney, Green mango chutney, Sambar and to satisfy the sweet tooth..a gulab jam!There were more on the menu...a selection of gourmet dosa, stuffed with eggplant, hawaiian, chicken curry, cheese...and the list goes on!!!!Oh...Remember to take your vaccine passports! You will get an extra smile if you adhere to the COVID- 19 restrcitions from their friendly staff!Thanks..Southern Aroma! We look forward to your innovative food choices!

I recently catered food for a wedding party at home. This was the first time I had ordered food from this restaurant.Their food was absolutely amazing and so tasty. All my guests really enjoyed and I will highly recommend their food.
