Starbucks - Markham

Drinks and food are always amazing. I really enjoy the fact that there's always something new to try. Service can be a little bit slow depending on what time you go there and how many people are working. If you're going inside, it's really nice and cozy and it's a really nice atmosphere for studying.

This is my local Starbucks and I order the same coffee here almost everyday. The staff is very friendly and sweet, but there is absolutely no quality control for their drinks. It's either made really creamy or really bitter... there is no in between which is confusing because Starbucks has a set recipe for each drink. I've never experienced this inconsistency in any other location except this one.

I order at this location 3-4 times a week and I always get the same drink (sweet cream cold brew) but it’s never made the same at all. Some days my drink is too dark (not enough sweet cream) and some days my drinks are too light (too much sweet cream). There is a lack of consistency and it gets frustrating having to ask the barista to fix my drink everytime sometimes my family and I have to give a warning to eachother if the drinks that day are made good or not and this shouldn’t have to be a thing

I have visited this location numerous times before, but this time may determine whether or not I continue to eat at Starbucks ever again.When establishments decides that they will only accept a certain denomination of currency, they post signs informing their customers. I've purchased food numerous times in the past and have paid with cash while presenting a $50. Note. This last visit, after placing my order at the drive-through, I was told Starbucks doesn't accept $50. Notes. This male staff member was very rude and chose not to explain why there were no signs posted informing customers of this policy. If McDonald's can be openly transparent and post their policy of acceptable currency denomination, then why isn't Starbucks? Is this a corporate policy? Are franchises allowed to practice this policy independently? ?

Worst Starbucks out there!!! They are beyond slow and the drive thru format is ridiculous. I don’t know if they are working in there or what. Yet another location.
