But in this gas station two small packages have now not been forwarded because they were overlooked and slipped somewhere underneath. Luckily they were all found again. But employees were friendly. 1x, 2x okay, it can happen. But you constantly have to call or come over to clarify it. Package supposedly not there, then found, etc. And with luck you reach an employee on the 10th time. Well, this morning my husband dropped off another package that was missing the house number. We called immediately afterwards and the employee assured us that she would note it and let us know and that we could pick it up and correct it in the evening. Well now he's driving there especially to pick it up, the package with a value of €100 is on its way to nowhere. The employees were friendly again, they didn't know anything about it because the lady didn't pass it on. If it wasn't the only drop-off point in Markt Schwaben, we would have dropped off the packages somewhere else long ago. We'll be going further away soon. Thank you for that.
