While the food was just average, the customer service was extremely disappointing. After waiting 40 minutes for our meal, we received the wrong order. When we reached out for assistance, we were met with a dismissive attitude, being told, "Oh well... we'll get you some food if we can." When we followed up again, the staff was quite rude and seemed unconcerned about their mistake or our experience. I definitely won't be ordering from here again!

You can't base your opinion solely on a single experience! We've been ordering from here for years, and the food is consistently excellent. Yes, it can get very busy, which may lead to longer wait times, but whenever there's a mistake, they always handle it well. I won't order from anywhere else—this is the best Chinese cuisine in the area!
