Contribuisci feedbackThe drive-thru service takes too long and needs improvement. Even going inside the restaurant doesn’t save time!
At around 4 PM, I observed two Hispanic male employees giving free refreshments to four of their friends. One of these friends stood at the counter for 30 minutes, repeatedly coughing without covering her mouth, which was quite annoying. The dining area was in poor condition; the tables were dirty, and there was food and crumbs scattered all over the floor. Additionally, it was evident that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned daily, as there was dried soap in the soap dish that had clearly been there for days. Overall, I was disappointed with the management and cleanliness of the establishment.
The girl that severed me a few minutes ago was so friendly and sweet, not to forget how beautiful she is. Thanks little lady, you made my day! I hope this is not the only time
I stopped by this restaurant while passing through town. As a photographer who spends a lot of time in the car, I often visit Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say, I just had the best latte I've ever had from any Dunkin' location. Additionally, Cassandra was incredibly friendly and made my drink perfectly. I hope management recognizes the value of their great employees, as so many talented individuals go unappreciated.
The last time I stopped by, I ordered a medium French vanilla iced coffee, light with 75 sugars, and they got it just right. A lot of Dunkin' locations often mess up orders, leaving you to decide whether to stand in line for a correction or rush to the front if you have some sort of priority pass. I'm still not sure which is the better option! Nonetheless, I haven't had any order issues at this location, which definitely counts for something.
