La Tapatia - Marlborough

Great spot for enjoying Mexican drinks, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to the food. The waitress was friendly, but our orders were mixed up, and my burrito was missing some essential ingredients.

We ordered delivery, and the portion of nachos was quite generous. I warmed them up a bit in the microwave. My enchiladas were somewhat dry, but I suspect that was a result of the delivery process. The churros were a delightful burst of flavor, and I found the tres leches cake to be my favorite dessert.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the margaritas are fantastic! On some occasions, the music can be a bit too loud, which makes it hard to converse with your companions. However, the staff is friendly and the prices are quite reasonable.

This is probably the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in a long time. I always drove past it, but I finally decided to give it a shot. The food was excellently seasoned, and I highly recommend it. Our server was very attentive and checked on us multiple times—I'd say at least four times. I really appreciated that. Overall, I loved the experience, and the food was absolutely fantastic!
